"All I have to say is that everyone one here was extremely nice and helpful. I was stranded when my truck broke down and had to go to the shop. They were very accommodating. I didn't have all my gear, the lady at the front desk lent me her jacket so I could walk to the store, because it was snowing, they also lent me an umbrella. Would highly recommend staying here."
"Pros: Very courteous front desk staff Excellent hot breakfast Clean rooms and facilities Con: The pool water caused burning in our throats, nasal passages, and sensitive areas. They had a record of water testing posted on the wall but there was no date as to when the last measurement was taken. We've been in many pools and have never had this happen."
"Service is out of this world! When I needed a last minute room at close to 1 am, I called worried I'd get an answering machine and reach a dead end. Instead, Chloe answered my call at that late hour with an audible smile, and I was instantly relieved. She listened to me ramble about my life for close to 15 minutes while she helped me get a room booked. Genuinely kind and helpful staff members like Chole are what make a great hotel like this fantastic. Thank you for all your help when I really needed it!!"
"The breakfast is great. You will have a real proper breakfast at this one. The room is not exactly suite. It is more like a bigger standard room with sofa bed…? The bathroom corner needs to be cleaned but not a big deal. My issue is this hotel is not as quiet as I expected. You can hear car noise from the road/highway very clear."
"This was a very pleasant stay. We came into town late in the evening for a wedding the next day. Ms. Pat, and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating, especially when a scheduling mishap threatened to derail my husband and I. The king suite we occupied was very clean and quite spacious. The bath linens were also in surprisingly good condition. The hotel’s location is very close to food options and a Target."
