"Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental Breakfast was also very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this especially When on the road and need a good place to rest for the night and start your next day refreshed."

"We were traveling home after the holidays and I made a reservation for what I thought was that night. Didn’t realize until we arrived that I accidentally booked for the following week! Shannon was working the front desk and was so amazing. The hotel was almost full and she actually took me around to the rooms that were available to let me choose. Excellent customer service! 5 stars!"

"My husband and I were on our way back to Tennessee from seeing our grandchildren for Xmas . Just wanted to get some sleep. First room we got we found a cockroach crawling up the bathroom wall. Took a picture of it and went back to the front desk, showed the clerk who was very nice and apologetic and offered to change our room to the one next to it ( I agreed reluctantly because usually where there's one there are many). Clerk helped us move our things to the other room. We had eaten a sandwich and there were a few small crumbs on the floor which wasn't very clean to begin with and were watching a little TV and out comes a Mouse to eat the crumbs of bread! Took a picture. Went back to clerk and showed him. Again very apologetic refunded our money and offered another room but after speaking with his manager could not offer the room as a courtesy would have to charge. Just wanted to get some sleep. Besides the bugs and rodents the place was not very clean overall. The only thing halfway decent was the location ( right off highway 81) and the clerk was nice and apologetic through it all."

"My experience with the staff at days inn was very pleasant and welcoming. They were helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all my concerns. The rooms were updated and more modernized. Overall, it has been a great stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to other family and friends."

"Had to book a room this evening, to avoid the snow at my own home and still get to work in the morning. The young man at the front desk was so friendly, and even waived a fee for me, after hearing my ordeal! Plus, I’ll be able to load up on breakfast and coffee before work tomorrow. The room is clean, quiet, and well stocked. Also, I want to say a kudos for them still offering smoking rooms, I feel much safer knowing if I need one in the middle of the night, I don’t have to go outside alone. Will stay here again, goodness knows we’ll be getting more snow this year!"
