"The location is super cool. The service at the actual hotel isn't great it's typical it's about a three star with cleanliness and friendliness. Privacy is on point they pretty much leave you to your self which I prefer and there's plenty of space for handicap parking on both the front and the back end and there is a handicapped elevator on one side of the building and there's a sidewalk that goes all the way from the parking lot to the main lobby floor and then they have handicap hallways going all the way up they have a breakfast nook on the bottom floor that serves coffee and breakfast foods snacks and juices and milks are always out even overnight they will from time to time do favors like wash your clothes that you have brought with you downstairs in the middle of the night for you for $5 charge or they're the kind a place that will work with you if you are down on your luck but you're good with your hands and can fix Electronics or are good with HVAC or a mechanic they are known from time to time to allow room and board for a specific View in exchange for labor at the hotel or employment. It's decent the location's basically the best part about it it's right there in the middle of everything."

"I stay here every time I come to Winchester to work a travel assignment. The front desk staff is amazing and really try to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Manager is friendly and personable. Rooms are always clean and no bugs seen anywhere ever. And because I work overnight they make sure my room is away from others rooms who may have noise or animals. Breakfast is good and the lady who serves it is such a nice sweet person. Offer travel discount for nurses like me which I much appreciate and make check in and out a breeze with no required deposit for out of town stays. Hands down most accommodating hotel in the area and highly recommend."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. Me my wife and two of our children. They had an amazing breakfast! Bisques and gravy, sausage and eggs, waffles, plus all the normal breakfast items. The ladies keeping after the breakfast were really friendly especially the one named America. We recommend this motel."

"We really only hoped for a decent room for the night as we were just passing through, but we were pleasantly surprised and this Quality Inn exceeded our expectations. Very easy to find, right off 81 and plenty of parking. Amber quickly checked us in and was very helpful with our dinner plans that included a dog. (Thanks SO much, Amber!) Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet…all very welcome after a 10-hour drive."

"We stopped at this hotel on our way back down south from visiting family up north. We were greeted by Justin. He was so nice and even gave us a room located next to the elevator as I mentioned that I had an injured leg, and it was hard to walk. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. This will definitely be my hotel to stop at when traveling."
