Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Winchester

"On our recent stay we experienced a problem with the Marriott booking system. One of the most friendly and helpful agents we have experienced in a long time (Harsh Shah) came to our rescue. His professional manner and engagement resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. The following morning, he was still there and helped us with other non-Marriott issues. He and Rohan set the mark for customer-oriented service. This location will always be a stopping point for us."

"The hotel is a great place to stay with wonderful services and hospitality. They serve a big breakfast with many choices. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. All of this with low rates. We have been stopping here fir years!"

"Standard Fairfield Inn hotel. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Breakfast was good although they have a Cracker Barrel right next store so why eat at the hotel? Bed was comfortable and the pillows were supportive. Although we skipped hotel provided room cleaning during our stay they were always out there working and were extremely polite. I wish they would add a couple EV chargers so folks on travel could recharge car while sleeping."

"Stopped here on the way down to North Carolina. Picked this hotel because of highway access as well as it being relatively close to Blue Ridge Shadows Golf Club. The rooms were fine. Shampoo, soap and conditioner in the shower was good. Good sized counter space around the bathroom sink. Continental breakfast started late and the check-in wasn't great. Very unfriendly staff on the desk when we arrived to greet us. Really felt like we were putting her out by asking to check-in. The cookies at the front desk slightly made up for it."

"Great hotel. Rooms are very nice. Location close to 81. Some road noise. Breakfast room was clean and had some gluten-free options that weren't meat or fruit. Ice machine just outside my room was very popular starting around 9pm...very noisy too. Couldn't seem to get away from ice machines on this trip. Bring ear plugs otherwise very nice hotel."
