BEST DEAL IN WINCHESTER!!!! MY ROOM: Updated, Outlets, lights, cook top, hot hot water, good a/c-Heat Unit. Clean Nice Towels. Very Friendly Staff Beth & "she looks like Emma Stone" cannot think of name at this moment....anyways, Very Helpful & Kind @ the front desk, Both of them."

"I left my bracelet there one Sunday while visiting my daughter. I called on Monday. Left my name and phone number still no call back. I guess if housekeeping, front desk or manager needed it. I guess they can keep it. It's Christmas time. It would be a great gift. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"The worst hotel experience of my life! I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager, Beth, is the most unprofessional and dishonest person I’ve ever dealt with. They double charged me for my stay and refused to refund me the extra amount. They also charged my card a $50 deposit for damages and then lied that I never paid it when I checked out. She accused me of committing a crime when I disputed the double charge with my bank and threatened to call the police on me. The room was filthy and infested with roaches. There was pet fur on the bedding and I don’t even own any pets. The TV didn’t work at all and there was no cookware in the kitchenette which they state is fully stocked. There was loud banging on the wall every night that kept me awake. The staff was rude and intrusive. They would knock on my door loudly and enter my room without notice for bug spraying, fire alarm testing, and room checks. They didn’t care at all that you worked and needed your sleep. The laundry room was out of order and I couldn’t wash my clothes. The worst part was that they stole my daughter’s birthday present that I ordered online and had delivered to the hotel. The staff confirmed its arrival when I called the front desk but when I went to pick it up they said they never received any package. UPS confirmed its delivery and gave me the tracking number. They clearly took it and lied to me. This hotel is a scam and a health hazard. Do not stay here unless you want to be ripped off, harassed, and robbed. This is the worst hotel experience of my life and I will never stay here again. I recommend staying at Echo Village if you prefer to remain on Valley Avenue or going over to APM motel and suites on Berryville Avenue, Amanda Mills the Manager there is Amazing!
