Lerner Arrowood Parc

"My family and I have been living here for almost three years, and it has been a horrible experience. The employees are rude most of the time. When I ask them to fix something in the apartment, they sometimes don't even show up. The worst thing is that they have a policy stating they won't change the carpet, no matter how long you've stayed in the same apartment. As I mentioned before, I've lived in the same apartment for three years, and the carpet looks old and dirty. They refuse to change it. It's really depressing to live here, knowing that your home could look much better if they changed the carpet."

"Lindsay Finkelstein is super star she is amazing. she is one in million she is thorough and explain things and follows up professionally. top notch customer service. and very friendly and genuine. I was in the market to rent a place and I dealt with a lot 1 star leasing consultants. BUT not Lindsay she a 5 stars she is an asset for company. By the way I did not rent from Lerner Arrowood Parc because of the distance was little far from work place. And the school my son goes to."

"The apartments are in a good location, very close to the corner of Tyson, but they are very bad with customer service. My family and I have lived in these apartments for many years, but have never done any repairs to our apartment or remodeling with the place. It's pretty good. They're also really bad at repairs. like more than a month waiting for them to fix the washer and dryer and they keep saying they will come but they never come it's a bad company not recommended"

"Overall experience was not too bad. Cons - Management is terrible at responding to emails. They also forgot to email regarding pest control and other issues that needed access to the unit. People constantly walk pets off leash and do not clean up after them - watch your step. There were a large number of insects that got into the unit, but with 2 cats it didn't bother us. Smoking is allowed in your own unit but often times weed and tobacco can be smelled in all other units. Parking is sparse, very sparse. Packages often get delivered to the wrong apt building and are never seen again when that happens, no one stole any packages that were actually delivered to us/our door though. Pros - Never any noise problems with neighbors, friendly neighborhood community, if you're able to get the office on phone or in person they are helpful (just not emails), we got our security deposit back easily, big trash can/are where you can dump anything, and honestly great location. Walking distance from tons of shops and restraunts. Advice to management/owners - Answer your emails, and upgrade from that cheap carpet. If there was a timely response to inquiries and more modern look to the units we would love to move back."

"We've had a great experience living here for over two years. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly to us, and the maintenance is excellent. We live on the top floor and have never had any issues with bugs or water. For the most part, the community is very quiet and our neighbors are courteous. We have also really enjoyed having the pool open this summer, a luxury that we recognize the management did not have to provide this year. We look forward to living here for another year."
