Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner

"We have stayed here previously without any issues, but this past week on Monday, the water was shut off from noon until 4:45. We were not made aware of it until we returned early afternoon. It was suppose to be on by 4:00. We had bottled water in our room, so we drank that. The hotel then charged us $6 for it. You would think it would be complimentary. They did not mention this when we checked in on Sunday. Also, the parking garage is way too small for many vehicles. The front desk should explain when parking passes are bought that not all vehicles fit. We drove a new Silverado truck and the whole side of the fender above the wheel well was scraped. We told the front desk and the man said he won't even park in there."

"I booked through capital one benefit and it said "paid self parking" and "paid breakfast". The underground parking was $10 and I was fine with it though the language of paid self parking was a bit confusing. The breakfast is $15 per person and don't get fooled by "paid breakfast". Was the food worth ₩15? It was not. Be aware of PAID parking and breakfast. Also the room had sticky stain on the table.."

"I can't say enough nice things about this location. I had a week stay for business and hosted a happy hour through the hotel for my team. They were incredibly easy to work work with, very responsive, and so kind. I got so many compliments from coworkers and we're all looking forward to our next event, which will definitely be at the Hilton Garden Inn. Kudos to the sales team and I definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay here. I can’t really say enough nice things about the staff. They were very accommodating for our family event and so pleasant every time I interacted with anyone, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers to housekeeping. The rooms are well-designed and quiet, and they have microwaves, refrigerators and a coffee center in each room. My room was cleaned between the first and second night, which was great. Not all hotels offer this any more. The only thing that surprised me was that guests were charged for drinking water. I found out that free filtered water was available in the fitness center so I used that. However, I think that water should be available in a more visible location, and preferably on every floor."

"There was a lot of noise coming from the AC in our room! It sounds like a water drops from a water tank or the AC itself. The AC was keep turning off every few minutes and you need to get up from the bed so the sensor can be activated to turn on the AC again (it can’t be controlled grim the AC controller). Just imagine that we had to do this 3-4 times every hour. The maintenance and the hotel manager didn’t fix the issue. They didn’t change the room as the hotel was fully booked. Will never stay in Hilton garden inn again. It was a terrible experience"
