"We’ve lived here for over 7 years and have ZERO desire to leave unless we relocate out of the area. Being located 2 blocks from the metro, within 2 blocks of 3 grocery stores and a short walk to Target in the Mosaic District could not be more convenient. The building is QUIET, CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED and PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED; all while maintaining a homey feeling where we feel valued as tenants. Pricing is fair and reasonable and we could not be happier!"

"The landlord is friendly, very responsive to apartment repairs, and it’s a generally quiet building. Also, the annual rent increases are very reasonable. If not for needing to move closer to work I probably would’ve stayed longer."
"I lived here for a little over three years. I only moved as I purchased a house. They were very responsive on repairs. It was quiet and a great location. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood fun. Pets were allowed and lots of places to walk dog. There were multiple playgrounds at the complex next door and no one ever minded when my kids played."
