"I have to say that this has been one of the worst places I have ever experienced in my life, especially the staff at the leasing office. They have no respect for their tenants. Ever since we moved in, our apartment has been infested with cockroaches, and it seems to be coming from our neighbors. I went to the leasing office and complained about the cockroach infestation, explaining that I have an 8-month-old baby and wanted to move to a different apartment. They told me to wait until they found a new one, but it took almost 15 months and they never moved me. And finally I told them that I want to talk with the Manger and, and the new lady introduced me to the manager. She told me that the woman I had appointment is the manager. I wasn't sure if that was true, but she introduced the woman as manager,and I was taken aback when the manager told me that I had to pay for everything if I wanted to move, as I had explained to her that this was my first move and that it should be my right. I told her that if she allowed me to move to another apartment, I would stay there forever, otherwise I would have to find another place to move. She surprised me by telling me that I need to give them notice before I can leave, so I had to move to another place which is clean and the leasing members were very respectful and knew how to communicate with their tenants. I was living at 44493 Apt 401, Even I was fine with 4th floor and paying the same amount of money for my two-bed, one-bath apartment as for a two-bed, two-bath apartment, but the main issue I had was the cockroach infestation."
