The Heights at Goose Creek Village

"Part 2: It seems that the management, similar to many other DC metro area apartment companies that are currently under active Attorney General investigation, doesn't mind breaching many recently updated provisions of the Virginia landlord law (VRLTA) - including dangerously "getting even" with neighbors who raise concerns about basic home appliances not working properly. Part 1: Ever heard of the expression, "Don't judge a book by its cover"? Well The Heights apartments in Ashburn VA may as well be a dolled up underground, housing cooperative in crime rampant NE Washington DC. 1 bedroom apartments floor plans start at well over $2,000/mo, averaging at "a barely there" 711 square feet, do the math folks. I wholeheartedly recommend The Heights to anyone who doesn't mind reliving their Peace/AmeriCorps experience in impoverished Asian, African, Eastern European, and Latin American countries or even the American Appalachian back roads in nearby West Virginia by taking cold baths in the winter, sorting through rotten meat because their apartments' fridges are often down, and constantly living in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Level 1 in the "richest" U.S. county per capita, Loudoun County, VA among the local "privileged" Neanderthals driving in recalled dangerous Teslas, (which this morbid, unwholesomely managed community of course offers EV charging stations for your gasless coffins)."

"So far so good! Move in process was smooth and hassle free. The unit did have an issue with the washer but was fixed the same afternoon. The maintenance team was excellent. They kept me updated and they were able to replace the washer before the end of the day. The unit, interior and exterior of the building are all clean safe and well maintained."

"I haven't been in an apartment in over 12 years now but looked at many and this one is by far the best in the area. Walking into the main common area is similar to a westin hotel. Very nice. Piano plays all day it's secure and the people who work there are really professional and friendly. Elijah is awesome. Deserves employee of the year or best customer service award. I heard him interact with other residents and he really knows how to negotiate with people including thos who can be difficult. The rent is a bit higher than others in the area but your paying for higher quality and the amenities far outweigh others apt in the area."

"I could not rave enough about our experience at The Heights - it is SO much more than your typical apartment building. We are so grateful to be living at such an amazing complex. Dana, Taylor, and Amari are all INCREDIBLE at what they do and go above and beyond every day to make residents feel happy, safe, and heard. Every month they spend extra time and effort in planning and hosting multiple community events to allow residents to meet and enjoy social activities. These are not expected or required of any management team, but they clearly put in the extra effort because they care about the residents and the Goose Creek Community. The team puts in extra effort to keep us informed about local events, deals, and gives shout-outs to small businesses in the immediate area. The residents at The Heights are incredibly friendly and make it a great place to call home. Any minor issue or suggestion that is brought to the team’s attention is genuinely heard and swiftly dealt with. Both Josue and Johnny are incredible maintenance professionals and also great people. There are very few issues with the appliances in our unit, but maintenance requests are handled promptly and without any issue. Additionally, the complex is kept in immaculate condition thanks to the work of the amazing cleaners that can be seen around the community every day. I have never seen a more well kept apartment complex, and the entire team makes it run like clockwork! Apart from the outstanding management and staff of The Heights, the building itself is such an amazing bonus. The sleek, modern design of the lobby makes every day feel like you are spending time at a beautiful hotel. The main building features a conference room, a lobby with a variety of seating options, and a rooftop common area that can be split into 3 rooms. Each of these areas are great for anyone who works from home, has to study, or wants to read outside of the comforts of their unit. Additionally, the building has a downstairs common area which features an (almost) full kitchen which is great for small events and get-togethers. Each of the 3 buildings is equally as beautiful and has a different rooftop area for entertaining or relaxing. The main building also houses the gym and pool, which are MUCH nicer and well-kept than others in the area. Overall, if you are considering moving to The Heights at Goose Creek, I highly recommend it! We were initially enticed by the beauty of the units, lobby, and common rooms, but discovered there was much more to the community and energy it has to offer. We cannot thank the management and staff enough for making this the best rental experience possible!"

"There is so much I could write about my experience living at the Heights at Goose Creek for 2 years. To sum it up, it is a wonderful place to live. In my opinion, it is at the top for apartment living in the Nova area. From wonderful decor, amenities and the family feel atmosphere. They keep the place extremely clean and the maintenance staff is very attentive to resolving any issues. Management and staff make you feel like family the moment they see you. If your looking for a place that feels like a vacation, this is the place."
