"really great experience! everything went smoothly from the moment we checked in. we had a pet with us and it was no problem at all and they even let us have a late check out due to our flight departing later in the day. overall really accommodating and friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, and really great location if you need to fly through IAD. hotel is also located directly next to starbucks ;) huge bonus! thanks for a good stay!!"

"First time at this location. I wanted to find a different Hilton chain hotel in the area due to a bad experience at the home2 in Chantilly. First off, as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. I had the two room suite for my coworker, and I. The rooms are big and well laid. They are dated but well maintained. The pool and hot tub are nice, and I used them both. The bar is also nice, and the bartender was very friendly. I stayed for the week, and every day I came back, I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. I already made reservations for next week and have found my new location for the area."

"The front desk person, Evelyn, was the most courteous, efficient, and pleasant hotel staff member I've encountered in all my experience. She set up an environment for a very pleasant stay. As a Hilton Honors member (and techie) I really loved the digital key within the Hilton app. It enabled me to unlock my room door and back door of the hotel. My only knock is they charge for breakfast - where a competitor of theirs offers a free breakfast. Other than that, a very good experience."

"Nice hotel and clean rooms, but the customer service stood out the most to me. Evelyn checked us in and got us a great room to accommodate us with our two little kids. She even sent us a text after we settled in to make sure we had everything we needed. She was great! We only slept here one night and left early in the morning for a flight from Dulles, but we slept well. One thing to note is that the shuttle starts at 6am, and we had a 7:05am flight, so we couldn't use the shuttle. The hotel is also at least 12 minutes away from the airport. So if you have an early morning flight, keep these things in mind if you decide to stay here."

"Absolutely livid. This hotel is NOT clean. I checked into a room tonight and it hadn’t been vacuumed at all. Popcorn was on the ground and you could see little bits of trash everywhere. Dust on top of the furniture that the microwave is on, the works. I told the front desk and they moved me into another room. Same situation. I’m seeing brownie bits on the carpet, there’s tape just randomly on a wall and a door stopper shoved into the most random place in a wall. Both bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly. Hairs on the toilets and on the floor. Whoever isn’t cleaning these rooms needs to be fired immediately. This is not right. Current responses from Hilton state they take cleaning very seriously. This is not evident at all. This hotel needs a total deep clean. Period. Response: I did reach out to Hilton and the front desk. I was told by the front desk they would deep clean my room. When I got back to it the brownie crumbs were still all over the floor and the dust still in the vents. You all boast about cleaning procedures but what I experienced was not what Hilton should stand by. Clean your rooms!! There’s dust even around the fridge areas! Disgusting!"
