"Very slow process . It’s been a 3 weeks and all they just ask for the documents and that’s it . I have been emailing and calling them but no response from management regarding a status of my application . Incase if I get in touch with them so all they ask for documents which never mentioned in a requirements list . They never return your call or response to any of your email unless they need a document . All they say processing your application and that’s it ."

"If you don’t want to live among filth; don’t come here. I’m getting out of here as soon as I can. Management can’t surveil everyone so it’s not their fault. It’s the communities fault. No one cares about the neighbors or property. I see why majority of Loudoun Co doesn’t want affordable housing there cause the ones that need the help get screwed by the ones who take advantage and bring their guttersnipe ways with them."

"The apartments are pretty but the construction is awful, cheap, and was never finished. Don't know who to blame here Poole and Poole architecture or TM Associates. You can basically hear everything and anything. When the front door closes it feels like it's right in your bedroom. Paper thin walls. Unnecessary ventilation ducts above bedroom doors means even less privacy and peace of mind. The Pond was never finished just take a drive and have a glance absolutely bizarre what's going on there like what were they thinking? Water pressure is awful in kitchen!!! Like almost no water comes out. It all seems budget related to construction costs corner cutting. IF You see a property by TM ASSOCIATES do yourself a favor... Walk away."

"AWFUL APARTMENTS! Hallways smell like trash and are always dirty. Maintenance doesn’t do their job but complain when you ask them about tickets. The property manager never answers and constantly harasses me and my guest so much so that I am moving out and filing a fair housing complaint. I requested the regionals information and I was refused it. I was forced to go to court and be embarrassed after I had already made the full payment of what was due because of the property manager not having the proper knowledge of how the process works. She’s belittled me and made me feel unwelcomed. I do not recommend moving here regardless of price unless you like being harassed! The windows don’t function properly and when maintenance came he said it was just a breezeway issue and that only one of the locks don’t work on the window but since the other one works they don’t care to fix it. The previous reviews about them not actually fixing things but closing the tickets are very true! Nasty nasty apartments and AWFUL MANAGEMENT!"

"WROST APARTMENT COMPLEX AND MANAGEMENT EVER !!!! Would not recommend to anyone I’ve had issues with my Ac time after time and I’ve told management and made tickets through rent cafe multiple times and maintenance has not came by to fix it !!! I have a 3 year old autism child. definitely will not be renewing my lease again!!!! They ignore you when you need something fixed. Or they will say the ticket has been completed through rent cafe when no one has even came to even look at the problem."
