"I thought this would be better than my last apartment, I was wrong the apart looks good when they show to you but you have to take a strong look at them super thin walls, the floor is warping, dog poop smell everywhere. For the price they want might as well go rent a townhouse, there Maintenance staff is the only good thing about this place. Do not rely on the front desk for anything, you are just a number and nothing else. Rent prices in the area are not worth it, these bad complex are increasing with there average apartments, go spend the money and buy land and build a small tiny house. If you have to stay here only do it for a year and leave save yourselves the headache ."

"I was a proud resident of Camden Silo Creek for over 9 years & loved calling it home! (Only moved for work, NOT because I wanted to leave.) If you're still in the search phase of finding a home in Ashburn, stop here! Not only are the apartments absolutely gorgeous what sets them apart from any other facility are the people. Camden has world class professionals working in the office who treat you like family vs a tenant. In 9 years, I certainly had my fair share of "life" events, some good, some not so good. The Camden Family in the office was always professional, supportive, kind, genuine & spoke to you has a person- not a transaction. I could list a million examples of why to pick Camden as your next home, but one that stand out the most is when I broke my leg and had to live with relatives 2 hours away while I recovered. As a lover of house plants I was so worried they would all die in my 3 month absence from my apt. When I reached out to the office to see if there was anyone that would mind watering them Laura LaTouche didn't hesitate to water them weekly...FOR THREE MONTHS. THIS is what sets Camden apart from any other community you could live in the area. In a world where kindness & customer service are non-existent, Camden lives up to every meaning of the word community."

"Janessa is simply AWESOME. I applied online and immediately was contacted by Janessa. She walked me through the process and made sure I have everything needed to secure a place. I once tried to cancel my lease but she assured me that I'll like the place. Not only did I like the place, I LOVED the place and my mom did as well.
