"Walks in expecting a new place. There’s a smoking bar inside of the restaurant. No hostess to be found. Waited 15 min and asked someone. They have 1 server. So we decided to leave. Between the door opening and letting in all the smoke smell from the designated smoking area and the lack of workers it was clear we wouldn’t be taken care of there or leave without being sick from the smoke If we did dine there"

"This location is in serious need of an upgrade. All the locations are turning into dives. Kellys, in general, whether this location or Chesapeake or Virginia Beach have gone downhill. They used to be our go-to restaurant, now, not so much. The food is decent, but nothing special, that is as long as you like well-done hamburgers. We have a joke in our family that we could request a raw hamburger, and it would still come out well done. The service is good, friendly, and accommodating."
