Dunkin'

"Ordered through Uber eats and they didn't deliver my dozen donuts. Got my sandwich, see attached pic, I honestly can't tell you what they did to it. Does not look appealing, I just threw it away."

"The people working there always have a good attitude and attend to customers in a quick and timely manner, they're helpful and resourceful even they don't have what you may want but offer excellent alternatives."

"This is the worse Dunkin I’ve been to. The lady’s that work there always look mean like they don’t want to do anything. Then good luck placing orders online when it says they open at 5am. You get there and guess what, they are closed but then you already paid through mobile app. One time I went in to pick up my mobile order. There was people in line and all I was waiting on was a coffee. The lady looks at me and asks did I place a mobile order I said yes. She placed 2 drink orders and I waited for mines only for her to come back and say they was out of the almond milk. When she used it on the customers in front of me. I had placed that mobile order 10 mins before I got there."

"I had to have my morning fix while out of town. This location was the closest to me so I decided to stop in. I almost passed it as the location is a storefront and I was looking for a standalone. LoL! As I walked in, the common area was vibrant, spacious, and super clean. I got my usual coffee (XL Hot Original Blend, Cream, 3 pumps Butter Pecan, 2 pumps French Vanilla, 1 Splenda) and a Grilled Cheese add Bacon. Though I drink Dunkin daily, this cup was different, in a good way. The roast was peak perfection and the flavor profile was spot on with the flavor to coffee ratio. As most can imagine, though I get the exact same order, different locations can yield different results, however… this was a perfect cup of coffee. The Grilled Cheese was spot on. The cheese was melted and oozing and the bacon was meaty and not overdone. Truth be told, this is also one of the best Grilled Cheese add Bacon sandwiches I have had from Dunkin. This location must make all their orders with love. Areas of Opportunity: When I walked in there was no one at the counter. A customer who was seated had to tell me the young lady went to the restroom and would be back shortly… I would suggest a sign as I was confused upon entering. The Donut cases were dirty at the bottom and though they are on wheels, it looked as if they hadn't been moved in a while for the floor beneath them to be swept or mopped. Though the common area is clean, as the cases are within eyesight, it was unbecoming to see the accumulation of dirt and dust. Overall: Great Coffee. TRULY Great! Great Sandwich. I would visit again when in the area."

"Without a doubt the worst dunkin I've ever been to. There are a maximum of 2 employees working at a time, one back of the house cleaning things, and one taking the orders and making the orders and prioritizing all online orders over anyone in the dunkin. I have had to leave a line of 2 people multiple times because it was taking 15 minutes between customers. If you are in a rush or absolutely can't stand slow service, avoid this dunkin. Also they smoke constantly and have cigarettes on the counter"
