"Last night around 8 something me n my friend pull up at the speaker and a cashier named Geron was about to take our order then all of a sudden he put us on hold he was having a whole personal conversation and did not mute his headset. We stayed at that mic for 15 minutes before we pulled off. He is very unprofessional. He spoke on becoming a manager, but he does not need to be a manager when he can’t even properly work a drive thru I will not be returning unless hes"

"Not sure if they were having an off day or what but the staff here could not get it together on this visit. Out of the 5 sandwiches we ordered, 4 of them were wrong and the remaining one was so bad that we just didn't finish it. While the staff were generally pleasant, they didn't seem overly concerned with the fact that they made as many mistakes as they did. No offer to compensate us, they asked for all the food back and, when it was pointed out that they left off the cheese, their solution was to put cold slices on the now cold burger and hand it back. McDonald's doesn't have a high bar to live up to, so this many errors was just inexcusable. Do not go to this location and if you have to, keep your order as simple as possible and check everything before leaving!"

"My kid loves nuggets. I placed my order through the mobile app, but it set my order to pick up in store without my knowledge. I normally use the pickup in drive thru option. No biggie except when I go through the drive-through to pick it up, they make me park my car and pick it up on the counter inside. I asked why they couldn't hand it to me at the window and save me a trip inside since my child was with me, and they just said sorry. The food was 10 feet away when I was at the window. They just stare at me when I come inside. Thanks for nothing"

"This place is the worst. Dirty restraunt that has the smell of a port-a-john. That chemical smell. Yuck. The employees were completely rude. The owner would benefit by closing the door and hiring all new staff. Never eat here. They spit in the french fries. Ya."
