"Wawa Gas Station on Jefferson Ave. NEWPORT NEWS VA IS. Great store. First time being in. Wawa store. They has plenty of healthy items to pick from. This convenient store has catering. You can call in your order, do online order, door-dash, or go inside yourself. I can't have sodas anymore so I tried their sweet tea. Mmm great sweet tea! Fresh brewed coffee, fresh made to order delicious food. Fuel prices are great. Inside very clean. Outside needs to be a little more cleaner. Every staff I spoke with was very pleasant."

"The older blonde lady at the deli is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was waiting on my order and I saw it sitting there, out of the bag while no one tended to it for 5+ minutes. Finally I got a notification saying my order was ready and so I very politely approached the desk and said "I have an order ready to be picked up". She looked at me like I was an idiot and said "what order?" And I said "an Uber order". And she spat out "that doesn't help me!" While a DIFFERENT employee kindly said "she needs your name". Well! Sorry that I don't read minds. It seemed to really upset this gem of a woman. I said "oh, well you could have just told me that." And her attitude seemed to soften afterwards, so I hope she was just having a bad day. In short, rude woman refuses to clarify what information she needed from me, acted like it was my fault when she didn't clarify and I didn't read her mind. I know it was busy and she may have had a long day, but I wasn't being impatient or rude and she opened the interaction with quite a nasty attitude. I hope her day improves."

"I was in a hurry, so I thought Wawa would be a good idea. I ordered through the mobile app. I arrived just before my order was supposed to be ready. After a few minutes of waiting, I saw what I was pretty sure was my food being made (I was right). The guy made the food, put it in the containers, and set it to the side. After another 5 minutes, he put the containers in the bag, sealed the bag, and set it to the side. He never called a number. After about 5 minutes, I asked if it was my order. They told me to be patient. So I waited. After 45 minutes. I said I think my order had been skipped. They checked. They were confused for a bit and eventually found the bag and gave me my food that had been ready for a long time. Of course the food was cold. And it was wrong. But I didn't have time to get it fixed. Frustrating."

"This is what qualifies as a small stuffing now. Last year they filled the small container all the way. This is insulting. This cost me 3$. This is a joke."

"I have been coming here since they opened. It has steadily declined. Yes the gas is cheap but empty your trash can and clean up a little. Plus now you have beggers asking for our hard earned money. I feel just a little hesitant on coming back. $6.56 for a 10 inch sub at a sub shop you can get 12 inch with everything for 2 bucks more."
