"I'm new to Brown's Auto Center. I Googled "mechanic near me" and, out of about twenty or so choices, this shop seemed like the most likely choice with positive reviews and the proximity to where I lived. Very happy I made this choice. I needed an entire new steering system. I knew (guessed) this already. And as we discussed that repair over a phone update, I asked Richard to look into an air conditioning issue that I had been putting up with for years and figured it was about time to address. After further investigating and pricing the parts, Richard gave me a firm quote that I agreed to, and his shop did the work. Just picked my truck up and it now steers like new and, with the A/C "servo" issue solved, I'll finally be able to survive another hot Texas summer without melting.
