Couldn’t afford all four but the employee or manager helped me out and worked out a deal. Best customer service I’ve ever received from any establishment. Had me out of there in 45 minutes. "I have used five different discount tires in the 10 mile circumference of my home. I can say that I have received uniformly excellent service at all locations. Today I found I needed a tube for my lawnmower, tractor and based on location at the time, I was much better off, taking it to a shop with all the right tools. This shop in Roanoke, Texas was extremely busy, but when Eli saw that I had one small tire, he immediately approached me and took action to replace the tube in this tire. Since I was next in line, he took the Tire and my replacement tube and told me he would be back in a few minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the Courteous and professional service I received in Roanoke today. "For years, my go to place to buy tires has been Costco, but the logistics of buying tires at Costco is a pain. I have been by this particular location on multiple occasions and noticed it was always busy, so I thought I would check them out. I looked up the company online and read the history, and liked what I saw. So, then my wife’s car had a flat in a place where it would require a new tire, we were getting close to needing a whole new set, so I went for it. It was late on a Saturday, and I felt it would be difficult to get in, but they were able to and in the amount of time they had said. The tires were mounted and balanced and no issues since the installation. The salesman was friendly and had good suggestions on the replacement. After that experience, I signed up for the app and emails which told me when the tires that I wanted for my truck would be on sale (bonus), so I ordered the tires in the app and scheduled an appointment to my needs, and everything worked like clockwork. Tires arrived, I received notification, went to my appointment, and everything as smooth as silk. You really can’t ask for anything else."

"Man this place is busy! Left my car there at lunch and came back at 5:00pm wasn’t done till around 6/6:30. It was about $550 for two front tires and they were Falken brand. The staff was pretty nice and they were willing to communicate over the phone so that I could get back to work at lunch. They also sourced a local tire to be brought to the store since they only had one at first and worked with me to find a more financially accommodating option than the ones presented since my model of vehicle has weird tire dimensions. I would go back in the future because they did make the process easier. It did take a lot of time because they are so busy!"
