When back to claim and the hustle was horrible. If you want to waste money, risk your engine and hustle then you are on the right place. Run!"

"Went to this auto center for an oil change and stood watch the entire time while people did alot of walking and not alot of working. I got their around 2:20pm and waiting about 30 mins after a car pulled up behind me and they waited about 15 mins. The lady came up to me and said she had to recheck me in because the Ipad froze. Around about 3:20 pm three of the employees were standing around looking at the tire of the person that pulled up behind me trying to figure out how to solve a nail in the tire of the person who pulled up 30 mins after me and my cars oil hadnt even been drained yet. I left and went across the street to take 5 because this is terrible time management of the employees and no consideration other peoples time."

"What bad service I just received today July 7, 2023, 11:30am. They gave me the car with the steering wheel, lever and handbrake full of grease, they charged me for a filter that is supposed to be included in the service because the invoice even specifies it and that I didn't realize it because I paid in the same place for other things from the store that I bought. They took a long time to service my car (I understand that) but they couldn't even fill the water in the windshield washer when that's part of the service or at least that's what they usually do on previous occasions. I will really have to come back when the other employees who know how to do their job better are there. Only the man who attended me and received the car was the one who did his job well."
