"I love this place. For one, it reminds me of the old school auto parts stores that I used to go in with my dad when I was a kid. They also gave exact fit parts which is pretty nice. If they don't have it in stock they can get it quickly, often same day. Great place, and very helpful."

"I did not catch the gentleman’s name today that helped me who answers the phone, I believe it is the manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and persistent in his assistance with me. Thank you guys so much and I can’t appreciate you enough you have to give me out of the bank. Thanks and have a great year"

"TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF WHEN STRANDED TO INCREASE SALES! I don't write very many reviews, but with the way this place conducted business in this scenario, I felt compelled. My son had a flat tire near this NAPA store so I went in for a lug wrench in case he didn't have one. The salesman also upsold me by telling me I may need a Bolt Grip Expansion Set to be safe and save me another trip. It turned out that my son did have a lug wrench once I got there so neither tools were opened or used or even left my vehicle. When I tried to return them he told me the store had a no return policy on tools. When I asked why he didn't mention that when I was in the store he simply said "why should I have to share all my business policies?". The invoice states, "NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL AND INSTALLED" and "ALL REFUNDS MUST BE SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER W/ PHONE NUMBER". There is no mention of no returns of tools and I didn't see any mention in the store or on the website. I felt like he took advantage of the situation to make a sale of a measly $60. What is so difficult about offering a refund and placing the unused/unopened tools back on the shelf for a customer that needs them? This is NOT a proper way to conduct business. I hope this post helps the next customer or more importantly our local NAPA store improve their policies and customer service."
