"Male or female, when someone is paying their money for a service, a business owner should offer that service to the best of their ability. I simply wasted $40+ today. They rushed through doing my hands and feet, left residue behind after a so-called buffing, and swiftly moved on to the next person. I could say so much more but don’t feel like it. Seemed they were hurting for business today as well. I wonder why now. I’ll never return regardless of how convenient it is to be close by. This is just my assessment."

"The older lady did a great job with my eyebrows. The location was rough, pretty ghetto, I was kind of nervous to be there, the outside of it looked really rough. Unfortunately, the young lady that did my pedicure went way too fast despite it being empty. I was the only one there. She massaged my legs and feet for only a few minutes total not even 10 minutes altogether and very light with her massage which made it pretty ineffective. Everytime I tried to relax and enjoy the massage and massage chair, she was already done with one part. I wasn't able to enjoy any of it. Worst of all, she didn't listen to me at all. I wanted a lovely elegant flower or rose in the middle with silver decorations after she finished my pedicure, so she made this girly childish flower off to the side and kept insisting I have a rhinestone in the middle even though I told her I wanted silver nail polish not rhinestone because rhinestones snag on socks and will mess up my nails. I just don't want to deal with the snagging and silver you can make beautiful line decorations around the flower. She put the rhinestone in the middle anyways and asked me if I liked it even though I kept telling her no. I am unsure if it was a language barrier or if she just pretended not to understand because she wanted to do it her way. They didn't do hot stones for my legs and feet, no hot towel, no wax on my feet, either, which I thought was very strange. The entire process took 30 minutes when I'm usually there for over an hour for pedicure and eyebrows. 3 stars because I did love my eyebrows and the pedicure was okay."

"Told him my nail was crooked, he filed the nail so much my skin started bleeding. Uneven widths on matching fingers, but the nails are smooth. I’m giving this place two stars because the pedicure was good."
