"5 stars hands down ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So, let me start by saying I normally DO NOT take the time to write reviews good or bad! But I made an exception! Francisco, Adrian, and J Sosa hands down all have superior customer service. Long story short, I came in for a car battery exchange and unfortunately their store didn’t have the battery I needed, but Adrian quickly located the battery at another store and even called them to verify and let them know I would be heading over. Once I got to the other store I was sold the battery, but to my surprise they would not install the battery for me! So, at this point I am upset and filled with anxiety because I am a woman driving ALONE at night with a questionable battery in these Houston street (if you know you know)! After the manager at this store insisted they couldn’t help me, I asked him to call the previous store back. Not, surprisingly Francisco said “send her back to us, we will take care of her”! For this I was so thankful, because I needed this battery changed ASAP the car was having a hard time starting! Once I got back to the store Francisco and J Sosa installed my battery NO PROBLEMS and had me back on the road! If you are in the area don’t hesitate to visit this AutoZone these guys are awesome!"
