"Sunday 11/5/23 between the hours of 5 and 6 I experienced one of THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!!! The profanity, disregard, uncaring, insulting was flat out disgusting the manager, assistant manager, and employee spent their time laughing and talking about current events on social media and everything else. The assistant manager cursed at me and acted like I was getting on her nerves and didn't care about the questions I had or anything else, I've shopped at this location since it first open and this was the first time I never wanted to go back it's a shame and I hope something is done"
"Amanda is great! The shop stops working on cars at 9am. I rolled in at 9:20 and was told “sorry man. It’s policy.” Ms. Amanda took it upon herself to service my ford after I told her I had a 12 hour drive in within the next few hours. The world needs more people that do additional duties without expecting anything. Thank you!!"
