"I was followed and watched the entire time I was there. Young guy was a good host and great hospitality. Older guy who was YT and possibly manager or lead was following and watching me every section I went to. Even stood behind a section that I was in and peaked through to see me and I caught him and he didn't even apologize and continued to do so."

"My daughter found the gift she wanted to give her brother for Christmas. It was in a locked case and only the manager had a key. We waited a few minutes for the manager to unlock the case, but gave up. Because of the time of year, I'm choosing to believe he/ she was on the phone or involved with something else that needed urgent attention. The store offered a lot of choices for gifts which was great and the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful."
