"The store manager was inhospitable and his responses to my simple questions were ignored. I simply ask him if he could take a look at my driver's mirror to see if it had an inner casing surrounding it. He would not do so. I had to stop another employee to take a look for me. He acted as though he didn't hear me. I patiently waited for him to do whatever he wanted to do, despite it not being with a customer. I told him how rude it was for him to Ignore me. He responded with indifference. He reluctantly finally came out to my car and looked at my sideview mirror. The whole process only took about three minutes. The service attitude at this store is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone."
"The manager Kendra was AMAZING! From the time I walked in she was very concerned about people waiting a long time as there were a lot of people there in line and they were short staffed. I wasn't sure what was going on with my car but she listened to me list the things I was concerned about and was able to identify the problem quickly! I needed a new battery and had no one to put it in for me so she had the other guy working at the time to do it for me! I was in and out very quickly. I appreciated her so very much!!! Kendra was extremely knowledgable. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!!"
"I was sent to the store by my dad to get some oil, Freon, and an oil filter remover. I had no idea what to choose and ms. Kendra helped explain everything to me and what it was for, she didn’t me feel less than because I was 15. i am now knowledgeable about these items and I will be coming back to the store and bring my dad too! Mr. Jonathan was very pleasant while checking me out also. Very friendly staff."
