We specialize in helping kids, adults, parents, and partners thrive after trauma, particularly sexual trauma, with effective counseling. We also provide support for anxiety and depression, with the goal of helping you feel so great that you create a positive ripple in the world.
At Hope For The Journey, we believe that everyone deserves to wake up excited for their day and to thrive, not just survive. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experiences and are dedicated to helping you build a bridge from where you are now to the life you want and deserve. Our anxiety, depression, and PTSD treatments are proven to work, and we offer online, in-person, and walk/talk sessions at our Round Rock and Austin locations.
Our team of talented therapists is ready to help you on your journey to wholeness. When you fill out our referral form, Nia will personally follow up with you to answer your questions and guide you through the process of finding the right therapist for you. If we are not the best fit for your needs, Nia will provide you with referrals to other resources. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are honored to support you on your path to healing and growth.
