"Dangerous/Avoid this practice! My daughters endured constant problems with LoneStar Ortho, but the final straw was that their “permanent” retainers have either broken or detached (potentially dangerous if swallowed!) now for a total of 4 times, as of yesterday. The new office manager, Kelly, actually claimed “permanent retainers aren’t really that permanent.” They certainly are elsewhere. Then she *refused* to allow me to speak to the doctor unless I brought in my busy 10th grade daughter. I will not have this botched for the 5th time, and I am pulling all my kids out of the dental side too after 10 years. My son is already seeing a different orthodontist for obvious reasons, and my daughters will go there as well to have their permanent retainers actually *permanently* affixed by professionals."

"We absolutely love Dr. Sarah & the nurses/staff! Everyone is always warm and welcoming. On top of that, they are very efficient (we never wait long to be seen) & professional (they take payment or schedule appointments while we wait instead of after the visit). They always take the time with my son (almost 4 years old & we've been seeing them since he was 2.5) so my son is never anxious of these visits. We actually drive ~30 minutes so my son can see Dr. Sarah as we just love this clinic. Highly recommend!"

"My boys have been coming to this location for over a year, the staff is very attentive, caring and makes my boys feel special. The doctors are great! They explain to the kids what they need to do differently in a language they can understand (kid talk, I know...); then they explain to us as parents about how we need to help them. They do a great job of telling them in front of us how they need to let us help them to do a better job brushing and flossing. It always goes over better coming from a doctor than a parent. I’ll continue bringing them here for sure! Bring your kids here!"

"My preschool age twins go here and the staff is absolutely amazing- even with kids who do not cooperate very well. Even after getting two teeth removed, my son still gets excited to go here for the balloons, and treasure box ;) We came during Covid and I was a little nervous about it, but they took our temperatures at the door and had safety precautions in place to ease all of my concerns. I highly recommend this dentist for your kiddos!"
