"Thank you so much to the entire staff who helped with my child's general anesthesia appointment. Thankful to have found these great group of people as I had been bounced from clinic to clinic and no one could help my son. From my initial appointment with Doctor Owais who said they were going to be with me each step of the way and they did not lie! They walked me through the process, helped me with insurance and finances and explained what to expect on the day of the surgery. I appreciate the comforting care that the staff had throughout my son's procedure as well as afterwards making sure that we were okay and answered all additional questions meant a lot. Thank you again Doctor Owais, Victor and Delaine."

"If you’ve been to better, you know. Came from my father-in-laws top notch dental practice when I moved to Austin. Saw ok reviews and chose ACD. We scheduled cleanings for my family. Their cleanings are a joke. They don’t take any time on your teeth. I could literally take the one tool they use and run it on the front and back of my gum lines and be done. My husband saw how they cleaned my kids teeth and went to a different dentist for his cleaning. Their cleanings take 10mins. My cleanings at my father-in-laws practice took 40 mins! I could breathe through all my teeth after, they were perfectionists at getting every bit of tartar. First the assistant flossed my teeth and said, do you floss? I floss everyday, my teeth are in good shape, I had just eaten and rushed in but you can easily tell I floss. Only an untrained eye would not know I floss daily and have good gums. The hygienist was a male with very short black hair. He was not thorough and he lacked patient care. When he was done the assistant put polish on my teeth… she wasn’t good, dropped the tool and it went into my gum line. They asked me to get X-rays but I decided to switch dentists and get them at the next office. I explained I’d never had such a fast cleaning and they looked at me like I had a hole in my head. I had to bring my 3 kids for their appointment that same day. Their appointment was worse. At check in they had me repeat all of their paperwork! It felt like we were at a clinic where they don’t know you and they can’t find you in the system and you have to fill everything out again. Then The same hygienist scolded my son and I about his teeth. He was so rude… not gentle nor kind in his deliveries. I was livid. (My son later told me the cleaning hurt so badly he almost cried!) (My daughter told me the hygienist dropped his electric tool in her mouth and it shot into her gum and hurt badly!) They got the fluoride at the end and couldn’t close their pastey, gummed up, frothing months. I asked what they’d used, they said kids fluoride. Never in my life have a seen this. They sent us out like that… none of them able to swallow and sand like fluoride that looked like Elmer’s glue coating their whole mouth! I told them we’re leaving. The hygienist was very rude/abrupt and cold. The front desk lady went along with all the others, they all had an attitude like, “it is what it is.”They need to see how a proper dental practice is run. Not returning! Do NOT recommend"

"We had a visit recently. Dr. Patel and Ms Anna were super patient for my son who did not cooperate at all initially. They were very kind and warm-hearted working with my son and managed to finish routine exam and x-ray eventually. I am glad to be able to work with Dr Patel and her staff. Highly recommended !"

"I brought my 3 kiddos in for new patient visits. My kids’ teeth definitely weren’t in the best condition! Everyone was so kind, so good with my kids, and explained everything with detail. From check in, to the cleaning, to the doctor’s exam. We will definitely be back!"

"The office manager was unprofessional and combative. She told me several times that maybe I should take my service somewhere else before getting the dentist as I requested the dentist was able to service two of my children but the office manager never apologized and remained confrontational the entire appointment. I feel she took aggression out on not only me, but also my mother."
