"Dr. Otto and team are knowledgeable, straight forward, friendly, kind and compassionate. They made my 5-year old feel so comfortable before his procedure. Even surprising him with a squishmallow. Taryn and team had offered coffee and smiles when we arrived very early for our procedure. I was impressed Dr. Otto spoke with me before and during the procedure to provide updates and was patient when answering my multiple questions. They also keep me informed every step of the way of expected cost. We all know how pricey and quickly numbers can add up with dental procedures. So nothing felt like a giant shock. "The dentist office is easy to find and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with some coffee and smiles. The staff is so attentive, the place is extremely clean (that a huge deal to me) and so many things for kids to use in the waiting area which is helpful when you’re trying to fill out paperwork. I’ll definitely keep bringing my toddler here they made me feel comfortable and kept it very professional and fast."
