"I took three kids to that place. Last week, I had a 4:00 PM appointment, waited for an hour to see the doctor. After that, I had an appointment for my little son. We arrived 13 minutes later, and despite that, they claimed I was late, making me wait for a check-up. Eventually, they informed me about an additional one-hour wait. This lack of professionalism has led me to decide not to visit this place again and search for an alternative location."

"I am so lucky to have found Dr Sam at Westlake Pediatric Dentistry. He is very patient and understanding. Addressed all my concerns (read anxiety) about my child's dental procedure and has been great with followup care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, the staff here is always in such a great mood, always willing to listen - you can tell its a great place to work. Your kids are in good, capable and joyful hands :D"

"In the end, everyone we interacted with was kind, and the doctor was great, and we are choosing this dentist's office for treatment. I am optimistic for the future. But our visit yesterday was not okay; we were ignored for so long and they didn't even know why we were there. We arrived for our appointment 5 minutes late after driving from across town. We checked in a filled out the paperwork. We then sat in the lobby for close to an hour before being seen or talked to- during that time, 2 other parties came in and were seen and left. When it was finally our turn, they rushed my 5 year old into a teeth cleaning, except that wasn't why we were there. I let the tech know that he had a cleaning two months ago, and it became evident they did not know the reason for our appointment. After explaining that we were needing a consultation, we were sent back to the lobby to wait longer while our files were pulled. Ultimately, we were in the office on Halloween for 1 hour and 40 minutes for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist."

"What an awesome experience for my 2 year old! The dental hygienist really put her at ease by explaining what everything was and let her “help” with the small princess mirror. Right after that awesome interaction we met with the dentist who was just as kind and made her visit fun! My daughter especially loved being able to select a prize after! She now says she’s a dentist too! Thank you for the amazing service!"
