"Out of all the apartments I have lived in, these are by far my favorite. My previous apartment was flooded by the winter storm, and they gave me a week and a half to move. So, I decided to visit The Woodlands of Arlington. When I saw the unit, I immediately fell in love with it! It was the biggest townhome I have seen. I have 2 patios and the living area is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs. The area is convenient, I am very close to shopping to the point where I do not have to get on the freeway. People are very friendly, and I just love living in Arlington!!! But I am sad to say I will be moving due to the rent increase. If it weren't for that I would stay here. The management staff are very professional and very helpful. I will miss them dearly as they really helped me a lot."

"This is what management should be like, I never seen people so responsible and treated tenants with at most respect. This community is so safe and calm, I would recommend this community for everyone. I lived here for 1 year never have any sort of inconvenience. Staff so friendly and they fix issue right away as you report and follow up along with it. I would like to thank each and everyone in the office."

"These have been the best apartments I've ever lived in. This was my first time living in an apartment in several years and I was overwhelmed with anxiety before moving in due to my prior experience at practically every apartment complex I've ever lived in. I don't know why, it really shouldn't be hard, but it's just plain the rule for apartment management to be awful, not the exception. That's different here. The management and maintenance staff are personable, friendly, attentive, and understanding. When you speak you are heard. When something isn't working, it's fixed. If there's a mistake it's acknowledged and addressed. The maintenance and office teams deserves praises and raises. There was recently a freak occurrence with a decorative exterior wall on my building falling and at the same time the ceiling of my unit was damaged and had to be replaced. Maintenance came out to assess the situation the same day I reported it to the office, and determined it was too badly damaged and needed to be fully replaced by licensed contractors. Two days after initially reporting this to the office, contractors arrived as I left for work in the morning and in ONE day the ceiling was replaced and work was done before I got home! Now as for the more day-to-day living aspect, it's an older complex of buildings (60s/70s) but that's okay! The buildings are well maintained, really it's probably just some of the air conditioning units that badly need to be updated but otherwise you could hardly tell the buildings were that old. There's lots of green spaces and pathways, it's quiet, it's clean, and it's never felt anything but safe. The closet is the biggest I've ever had, I'll never even remotely fill it up. If I had one complaint it would probably be that the laundry room can be a pain but it's really not their fault, the developer of the app used for paying is just kind of awful and it doesn't work a lot of the time. I've always been refunded though, and while frustrating, again it's really not directly in control of management and I'm never out any money or anything. This is a great place to live, managed and maintained by great people."
