Rodeway Inn

"It's disgusting and discouraging to give the property owner any time of the day to read his fake apology scripts for operating uch a nasty place called Rodeway Inn. Does he or his manager ever inspect rooms or walk the property? The answer is NO. If he cared at all , he does not apologize constantly in the customer's feedback section. I have one thing to tell the owner: Get out of the hospitality business and let professional operate it."

"Bad smell, bad customer service, draft from door seal, limited hot water, weak water pressure, terrible wif, and no breakfast (even tho it says there is online) Booked a room for 2 nights, then decided to add a 3rd night. Went down to the front desk to ask if they could keep me in the same room so I didn't need to check out, and they wouldn't need to clean the room. I was told that I couldn't do that unless I paid an early check-in fee. It's Jan 15th, and it's currently 12°F outside so I don't want to check out for 4 hours just to check back in. Clearly it's just about them getting extra money from me, because I've done this at other hotels with no problem. Before I left the lobby, the manager told me that if I paid the hotel, I wouldn't have to pay the early check in fee. He said the rate is $65, but it's $43 online; so I'd essentially still pay the early check-in fee. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel!!!"

"We stayed for 5 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, and the tv, ac, fridge, and microwave worked great. The room was mostly clean when we arrived. Housekeeping was super nice and came every day to make sure we were good on towels and such. It’s nothing fancy, but if you need a room to stay in, this isn’t bad at all."

"Don’t stay here! It’s gross, not at all as advertised, and a total scam. Pool is broken, there is no hot tub, the rooms smell horrible and are filthy. The wifi doesn’t work, the smoke detector has been ripped off the wall, bugs, holes in the walls, you only get 1 towel for 2 people, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. I also don’t understand why #expedia books here when it’s clearly a scam. Very disappointing. You could find something much better for cheaper."

"HORRIBLE! DON’T STAY HERE!! If I could give negative stars I would. They advertise a hot tub but there isn’t one, they advertise a pool but we’re told it’s broken then told it’s closed for the winter (after we already payed and checked in). The rooms smell disgusting; like mold, cigarettes, and piss. The rooms are gross and not cleaned. Our bathroom is covered in pubic hair. Flies everywhere too. The wifi does not work and the staff is rude. Stains all over the place, holes in the walls, and the smoke detector has been ripped out of the wall. I can’t understand how #expedia books for this place as it’s a total scam."
