"I understand it's called budget inn... but this I just horrible.... they could easily afford to repaint some rooms at a time. I asked for two extra pillows and the front desk told me she didnt have any and needed to call the manager to make sure. Later I asked the front desk for a do not disturb sign and they said they didn't have any... told me to wait for the manager to arrive. Not to mention random people would pull in to the lot and park and meet other people coming off the street. Shady looking peeps. I had to check on my vehicles multiple times to make sure they weren't broken into."

"Deserves 0 stars! Worst hotel ever. Pay attention to the reviews and do not stay here! The rooms are disgusting, dirty, old and damaged. They smell like mold and cigarettes. Management does not put any money into the care for these facilities at all. I checked out as soon as I saw the room and they refused to refund me. Finally agreed to a partial refund and never received any payment on my card. Had to file a dispute against them. You have been warned."

"Zero stars. Where to start? The rooms were very dirty, they smelled of urine, mold and smoke. The sheets had hair and dirt all over them and the comforters had cigarette burns.The toilet did not flush. The shower water did not get hot. The towel (singular) was very thin. The floors were sticky and the smell traveled with us on our clothes upon leaving. Room was not kept up with. Couldn't pay us to stay there again! Spare yourself and pay a little extra for a better place."

"Rooms were pretty overpriced at what would typically be a $79.99 a night type hotel. Rooms smelled musty, and ceiling fans might improve that as the room was next to the indoor pool. Walls need paint badly, carpet hasn't been changed in years. They'd probably save money if they get rid of the full-size white refrigerators that rust is showing through. No coffee in the morning. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, which is always a plus. The Inner courtyard was immaculate and the pool clean with lots of greenery.The basic of this hotel is it was within walking distance of AT&T Stadium, it's only current endearing quality but the owners with improvements could bring it up to snuff."
