"Big thanks to Richard, Rudy, and Jerry for going above and beyond in helping us out with our vehicle. My wife and I towed our vehicle to Caliber Auto Care because it stalled on the highway while my son was driving it on the way to school. They replaced some bad parts and the vehicle was released. Sadly, the vehicle stalled again the next day while my son was driving on the highway. My wife and I were very upset and frustrated since work had already been done on the vehicle. My wife contacted Caliber Auto Care very upset and Richard took ownership of the situation and took care of us without hesitation! We towed the car back to Caliber Auto Care and the crew found the source of the problem and repaired the vehicle and thoroughly tested the vehicle prior to clearing its release. Rudy and Jerry kept us updated every day via phone call and always answered our calls in between. Richard put our nerves and concerns at ease and took care of our vehicle without extra costs! I'm happy that we chose Caliber Auto Care for our emergency and I will come back again for any other vehicle needs that arise in the future.
