However, 24 hours passed without any communication. Even after a week, there was still no update. The lack of follow-through on their commitment was not only inconvenient but also led to me almost forgetting about the battery during the busy holiday season. Considering this AutoZone is in my neighborhood, the disappointment is even more disheartening. Local businesses should inspire trust and reliability, yet this experience has left me reluctant to use my nearby AutoZone in the future. "Ray assisted me as soon as I set through the door. He accessed my situation and had a solution within 10 minutes from walking through the door. He also rendered me the assistance of installing the battery and testing my starting and charging system. By his natural professionalism I really don’t believe my apparent impairment made any difference to him. Thank you Ray for you assistance."
