"The owner of the place stood right there in the office and watched as his employees man-handled me. He told me the check given to him in Feb. 2023 for $3500.00 hadn't cleared the bank and when I took him proof that it had cleared the bank he got mad and started saying lies about my husband and called the police to have the truck removed so he got $3500.00 without even fixing the truck and said he was going to go after me for posting this review. He also said that my husband and his friend stole from the "show room" (which is just a messy office) and that was a lie!! If anyone stole from anyone Chris Burk stole $3500 from us then lied about everything. He shouldn't be allowed to run a business at all. Maybe that's why they are shut down now because every person that came into that office while I was there were only there to complain too!! This is the honest to God's truth. This is the most God awful place in the history of repair shops! They have had my husband's truck since February of 2023 can't fix it, won't return it and can never get in touch with the owner. They are the RUDEST PEOPLE to ever run a business!! I have contacted the attorney general's office about this business. They are greedy as they took our money of $3500.00 in February 2023 saying they would fix it and when we confronted them AGAIN about it in December 2023 NOTHING had been done and then they got mad and moved our truck out of their lot on Christmas Eve!! They just wanted the money for themselves. They are TOTAL CROOKS with no respect for their customers whatsoever. In fact everytime I was in there someone was ALWAYS complaining. Do NOT waste your money as they just keep it for themselves. They even stole a Viper Alarm that was on our truck while in their possession. The owner Chris Burke should not be allowed to even own a business. He literally charged $3500 which was paid and he said was not but when I went to prove to him the check had cleared one of his employees practically man-handled me to get me out of the office. They took the money alright but never even TRIED to fix the truck. And I don't think that a man should ever speak or act or manhandle a woman the way that they did!!"

"I had a great experience with these guys. Been searching around for places for a lift and they replied very quickly. Kept me up to date on the progress and did exactly what I wanted them to do. Did a 3 inch lift on my Tacoma with 33s. Love it. Will be coming back for more work on my truck. Thanks to all."
