"Visited this location two or three times and every time I do, I get a blank stare with my questions. I’m not a mechanic, so my questions are always elementary yet I’ve never once gotten an answer. Today I dealt with a young lady that looked like she was in her mid teens, and when I ask her about a stripped screw, she looked at me like I had asked her a calculus question that she had no clue about. She looked over at a gentleman that was slightly older than her who gave me a generic answer, and offered no further assistance. I get equivalent assistance when I go to Walmart. Won’t bother going in the store ever again and wasting my time. I went directly to AutoZone and got expert advice, as I do every time."
