"I miss the old landlady that was here she was very nice if any of us were late on our rent or water she would put a note on the door the new landlady that's is here she don't do and she's got a bad bad attitude so now I don't like here and also I was roach free now the roaches have come back the bug man don't even come to my apartment they don't believe in spraying so I'm having to do it myself so if I was anybody looking for an apartment I wouldn't be coming here when the new landlady has a very bad attitude I'm about ready to move I was happy here until you brought the new dragon lady in she is a bicth"

"I would not recommend anyone to move to this apartment complex! I’ve been living here since November and I got a new car that I registered in July and they still towed my car 2 months later saying that I didn’t change the license plate number! Like really! They are more worried about cars than the safety of the residents! An innocent lady was shot while sleeping and thy don’t care about no ones safety! Stay away from this place"

"I Have Been Staying Over Here For Four Years Now And When I Say I've Never Loved This Place So Much The Ladies In The Office ( Amparo and Liddy ) They Go Above And Beyond To Make Sure Your Happy And Content And Everything Is Working Fine I Can Go And Talk To Them Laugh With Them Share My Thoughts With Them I Wouldn't Want To Trade These Ladies For Nothing The Maintenance Team Is Awesome They Always Smiling and Working Hard Easy People To Get Along With Most Loving People I've Ever Met They Have So Much Respect And They Are So Humble"

"Absolutely STEER CLEAR of these apartments. 1 star is being nice if I could I would give 0 stars. The maintenance could literally care less there are constant leaks, my entire apartment was flooded with water , it took them 2 days to do ANYTHING. and then treated us as if it were our fault. Most of the apartments are roach invested, even the paint peels off the bath tubs. At this point I think the office managers just charge you whatever amount they feel. They worry more about painting/changing the color of the outside but don’t wanna fix anything in it."

"If I tell you this is sum if the craziest stuff I've ever experienced with the staff here. I tell the manager that my upstairs neighbor made a physical threat against me and I get harassed by the office. I'm a 48yr old disabled person being threatened by a 20 something year old. And after reporting our differences, I began getting late notices on my door when I was not late. Harassment! Not to mention me being charged twice as much as everyone else in my unit for water. My new water bill is $80,while everyone else pays $35 with rent. I'm but the only one that lives alone or has no over night guest!"
