"Lol, dont stay here. Keep driving!!! In response to the uneducated owner, who do you think pays clc and I didn't ask for a receipt i asked for a folio for prove of stay and he has been the only BW hotel i have stayed at didn't understand how it works I did contact CLC and have added this hotel to the bock list so noone eles from my company will stay there and have to deal with such attitude! Guy at front desk very rude and uneducated on BW ponts system! Will be the only time I visit this hotel location and wish I had gone to the Lake Worth location, which I will tell you 100% better!"
"Had a great stay again here Super quick check-in which I loved Room was clean and comfy perfect for crashing after long meeting Loved the fast Wi Fi Breakfast was a nice bonus good coffee and lots of choices Will definitely be back on my next Trip"
"The room was very quite. Plenty of parking. A little difficult to access the first time. Easier to enter thru the Waffle House parking lot. Easy to access the I-820 both going north or south. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unlike some other hotel banners, Housekeeping came everyday. These people were excellent. Very courteous and friendly."
"The location is placed near a bunch of places to eat for convenience. I appreciated their breakfast and found it agreeable. I did encounter room issues but the staff worked with me and found resolutions that allowed me to feel valued as a customer. Edit- The amended gratitude after committing to providing a partial refund and then denying it has forfeited my feelings of being valued."
"Room was clean. Breakfast was good but the eating area is quite small. There weren't a lot of options and there was a mess at the waffle batter area that I had to clean up to be able to use it."
