"We had reserved a meeting room and upon arrival, the front desk did not immediately know which one we were supposed to be in. Once that was figured out, the room was very obviously not ready. I had to move chairs, tables, trash cans around myself for the arrangement we needed. The events crew here is not good at sharing information with the people who need to know at the front desk. It's a pity that I won't be using this hotel again for a meeting or training, since it's very close to my home."
"We stayed here because it was across the street from the hospital my mom was in. The people were very nice, especially David and Emeli working at the front desk. We paid for breakfast with our room and it was a very good value for the food options. Very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean."
"Other than having our fuel stolen out of our car... the stay itself wasn't bad. When I mentioned the theft to their staff, I was told that it wasn't uncommon. I was told that they even have issues with people stealing catalytic converters from vehicles right in front of the main doors. Obviously, the staff needs to be more aware of what is going on in the parking lot to help maintain some type of security for their guests."
"The room was extremely neat and routinely cleaned by housecleaning. It was quiet throughout my entire stay and the facilities were also clean. The service from all personnel was extremely efficient and helpful; especially David, the front desk attendant. He was exceptionally courteous and worked hard to accommodate for our needs as a bigger family. We all enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn!"
