"It was okay. My facial was awesome. I just didn't enjoy the lack of a serene ambiance, or the face product referral. There was no calm or soothing music playing. The facility looks more like a science lab, than an establishment to receive a relaxing facial. It's just a large space sectioned off with curtains or dividers. I could hear everyone else's conversations. The chairs aren't very comfortable, and I was offered products for minor issues that actually needed to be treated by a medical spa.... not with more products. The $83 eye cream I purchased did absolutely nothing for me."

This was both of our time getting a facial and it was an great experience as well as the style of the place. The tech recommended products based on my current skincare which was educational. "I had my first facial with HiSkin yesterday. It was seriously heavenly! From the first products they used on my face I could tell they were using high quality all natural ingredients THAT WORK! I could feel it working on my skin which was amazing. Some facials they do a little work then leave you for long lengths of time - NOT HERE. My girl was so sweet, let me know each step and explained more when I inquired on different things. I had the Better Facial - I will ABSOLUTELY be back!! My favorite facial I've ever had!!"
