"I stumbled upon them last year in 2023 needing of an urgent inspection done for my vehicle. There were few cars before me but finished within 15 min. They were all friendly! And it was the same today when I took my car in for an inspection. I was in and out within 5 min. They also answered my questions on the pricing for a transmission/coolant flush and it was way more affordable than the other places I've asked in the area. Thanks again! "Waited nearly an hour for state inspection. Everyone in front of me finished and paid. They left my car in the bay forever and FINALLY said our machine is broke, go somewhere else. I know this was beyond their control, but no customer relationship. No "we'll call you so you can be 1st in line," no offer of an oil change coupon, just sorry, and I'm a regular. Go somewhere else. I am."
"Very expensive. I paid $135 for an oil and filter change. It also states on the sheet that they checked my tire pressure which they did not. The tire pressures listed on my receipt are incorrect. Positive is it was a fast service. They didn’t even take off the old oil change sticker. They just put a new one over the old one. lol. Didn’t really like that they left my car out front with the keys in the ignition either. Most other places hand them to you. Not sure I’ll be back unless I’m really in a pinch."
