"I have taken my sweet little cat Barbie to stay at the ranch a handful of times, and I am ALWAYS the most confident and comfortable when she is staying here. The staff is so friendly and communicative + I really feel like they care about Barbie :) Boarding a cat can be a little stressful, but I know she is the most comfortable here between keeping her usual feeding routine, getting playtime, and having a comfy suite to herself. I also always appreciate the photos they send along in her report card-- Y'all are the best!"

"Boarding Review - Late October 2023 - 4 Nights: FANTASTIC...! Such a lovely staff. They helped address all my many questions. It was so reassuring. My dog has some trauma from another place outside of Texas, so she has not faired well with new unknown dogs. Remington took amazing care of her ensuring she had lots of affection by their staff. She did not have play with the other dogs for her first visit. Everything was seamless, pickup, daily pictures, ect.! It was one of the first times I've picked up my dog without her being a little off. Which is how it always should be! Thank you to the hard working staff....sending all the pictures while I was gone. I knew she was in good hands and will be seeing you all again soon! THANK YOU!"

"Our sweet pup Peridot, a longtime daycare pup at Remington, boarded for ten days this month and had an absolute ball!! Getting her daily report cards brought us so much joy, and we know she was in incredible hands with all the Caregivers at Remington. I am still giggling about how over-the-moon-excited she was when we dropped her off and she was greeted by some of her favorite Caregivers!! Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our little puppy girl!!"

"Our kitties loved their stay at the pet ranch! They came home happy and energetic, and it was clear that they were taken care of very well. My wife and I LOVED the daily report cards with pictures of our cats playing with toys and being cuddled. It was always the highlight of our day looking at those while out of town. We previously boarded our cats elsewhere, and they looked absolutely miserable when we picked them up. They hid under the couch for hours after we got home. So we decided to try Remington, even though it was nearly an hour drive from where we live in North Austin. It was 100% worth the drive, and we will always leave our kitties with Remington going forward. You can tell that the staff truly love animals and treats them accordingly. They are also slightly more expensive than the other place we used before, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind knowing that our fur babies are safe and treated well. It was so kind of the staff to give us a surprise envelope with refrigerator magnets that had pictures of our cats. And the staff told us specific things about the cats’ personalities and quirks, which made me know that they were getting plenty of individual attention. 10/10, would highly recommend!"
