"Really annoying when the dog wash is closed at a normal time of day. I'd rather they just remove it then have service offered they you can't actually use. Same thing has happened at other locations. "Customer service was good until a few months ago. I place an order every 2 weeks to pick up and they no longer notify me when it's delivered, even though I continue to request that they do. Like others have said, I call at different times of the day/evening and it's difficult to get a hold of someone. Also, on several occasions, if I have had a question, they tell me they'll call back and never do. I, too, have gotten attitude from a couple women there. Besides the cashiers greeting me, and Dennis in back when he's there, the experience is unpleasant. I've lost my patience and will start driving out of my way to the Lockhart store."
