"Like everything else in the world, good veterinary care has become more difficult to find in the last couple of years. I have been very active in cat rescue, foster, and adoption AND I have 7 senior cats of my own. So I have very specific criteria for choosing a vet. 1) They have to have appointments available on a relatively short time frame. It doesn't matter how good a vet is if you can't get in to see them. 2) They have to be smart and experienced in treating their patients and sometimes figuring out what the problem is. They need to be up to date on the latest medical developments and technology. 3) They have to LISTEN to my concerns and be ready to communicate and collaborate on pet care. 4) They have to have an approach that doesn't involve pressuring to get me to order expensive and possibly unnecessary tests and treatments. 5) Ideally they would have multiple vets who are all good so that there is always good coverage in busy times. And 6) They have to have an office staff and vet techs who are caring, friendly, and efficient. Honestly, I've found that Cornerstone has met ALL of these 6 criteria. I have been very happy with this relationship, and I can comfortably recommend them without any hesitation."
