Best Western Plus Buda Austin Inn & Suites

"We needed to visit the Buda area for a few days. After looking at various options, I decided to stay at this hotel. The rates were reasonable, the rooms' good size, and the reviews were pretty good, so we took a chance, and it worked out for us. We were able to find parking, and we were politely greeted and registered. Our room was on the 4th floor and at the end of the hallway. So it was quiet, and the elevators (two of them) were always working, so it was fairly easy to get up and down. The TV had a good variety of channels, and the remote worked. Our room service was good and came on Saturday morning. We checked out on Sunday. The water in the room was hot and gave us a much needed hot shower when needed. Just note that the ice is on floors 1 and 3. We did not use the gym but did have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was waffle, cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Coffee and juices were also available. It wasn't fancy restaurant quality, but it was something to eat. All in all, we had a great stay and visit. The people at the front desk were always courteous and helpful. I hope your stay turns out the same."

"The room was neat fairly priced. Location is great 20 minutes to downtown Austin. Pharmacy/supermarket/gas station/starbucks/McD/Chick fill A/Pizza all within a mile. Quickly checked in . Helpful staff and decent breakfast."

"Better than expected. Very clean, spacious room with full-size fridge, cooktop, dishes, pots. But no cutlery (desk provided fork, knife and spoon when asked). Comfortable bed. Good hot water with good pressure in shower. Fast, reliable wifi. Easy, safe parking. Near Walmart, gas stations and and some fast-food chains. Good value and would book again."

"Great service check in was pleasant and personable and the location is good. The room was satisfactory except for the fact, and this happens with so many places, the ac filters had not been cleaned. Walking into the room there was a stench I kicked on the ac and as a habit I pulled the filters revealing dark gray matter. Cleaned them up and the room lost its stench."

"Needed somewhere decent to stay the night before our flight and this was the only one with an indoor pool, breakfast, and the price was lower than anyone else. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable, beds were great. The only complaint, though no fault of the hotel, is that there is already limited parking and even more limited because large trucks with large trailers and other construction vehicles will park and take up 10 spots. We parked in the lot next door with no issue but the nice lady up front said I could have parked right out front. And it felt like a safe area as well. Would definitely recommend."
