"The food was hot and fresh and that's definitely the biggest part but I ordered The Big Box which has 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and a biscuit. I ordered white meat and received a breast and a leg. A leg is not white meat. Someone needs to explain the part of the chicken to them. Other than that it was delicious but I would like to get what I paid for."
"I went there to get lunch for My coworkers and my self. Service was okay. There was no quick assistance to take order. Food was okay. I had other food drinks and I was by myself. Still there was no offering of cup holder until I asked for it and, when I asked for it they looked at me like I was demanding something that was out that I wasn't supposed to. I will try them again and see if I get better service next time."
"Check your order before you leave! Every time I come here something is always wrong. Sadly, this time I didn't fully check so I had to make a return trip. When I got there, I said my order was wrong, showed the receipt still attached to the bag and opened the box. The girl behind the counter has the nerve to look me dead in my face and ask me what I ordered- she looked at the receipt before she asked. I pushed the bag/receipt back at her, told her here's the receipt and what's in the box doesn't match the receipt. Why she got an attitude with me is beyond me. Maybe, just maybe, if the workers here did the absolute bare minimum in getting orders right the first time, there wouldn't be angry customers later. Work smarter, not harder. Avoid this location if you can. ETA: The only plus to going back, the chicken was hot and fresh."
"None of the hours seem to align. Instead of being considerate and informing me, along with the other four cars patiently waiting in the drive-through line, they decided to keep us in the dark for a good 20 minutes. Finally, one car mustered the courage to drive up to the window, only to be told that they were mysteriously "closed" during their supposedly "open" hours. It truly baffles me how difficult it is for them to communicate such a simple message."
"The absolute worst. I asked for a 12 piece spicy all white meat meal with fries and red beans and rice. Luckily I checked my order before pulling off, even though I paid for all white they gave me mixed. Once they finally got the order correct. This is the chicken I was given, it was cold ,hard and taste old. I would NOT recommend this location."
