"I inquired in early December of 2023 about getting some life insurance for myself in order to protect my family in case something happened to me. I asked for quotes and information from several companies including State Farm, Prosperity, and Colombian for example. Alex Diaz from State Farm provided a quote for me early January for a whole life policy. The cash value in the policy was the real attraction. Usually, the name brands and household name companies just cycle through as many people as possible not really caring about the customer service aspect, Alex was different. He spent the time with me to make sure that I felt comfortable and understood everything about my policy. Dealing with Alex was a breath of fresh air. I hope more agents take after Alex and show that's It's not just about making a quick sale, that's not how referrals are made. I will definitely be recommending Alex to my family."
