"A couple months ago, I took a pic of a bolt I couldn't unscrew, then entered and asked what kind of tool they had that might help me get a better grip to replace the light on my car. The cashier (I really wish I remembered his name) asked me what the car was then quickly got the correct lightbulb and rung me up inside, then, without me even suggesting, immediately grabbed the correct tool for the bolt then went outside and replaced the bulb for me entirely. Talk about incredible service!"
